Bill will play the harp and the fiddle at Lakewood Gardens in North Little Rock from 10 am til 2 pm on saturday, Nov. 14th, 2009. location is 3101 North Hills Blvd. and they will be highlighting all their Christmas decorations.

Bill breaks out in a new direction by playing viola with the orchestra in Little House on the Prairie, starring Melissa Gilbert at the Robinson Hall in downtown Little Rock, AR. show times are 1 pm and 7:30 pm on Nov. 5th, 2009.

Bill will be teaching workshops in fiddle and intro to folk harp at the Winter Creek Dulcimer Fest in Bennington, OK and will also be performing in the evening on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of October. the Red River Valley Dulcimer Club and David's Dulcimers will be sponsoring the event and the address is at 654 Acorn lane in Bennington, OK. camping is available and newcomers are welcome. for more info

Bill will play the celtic harp at Norton Arts from 5:45 til 8 pm on friday, Sept. 11th. the CD, Pullin' a Few Strings will be available. Norton Arts is just next door to Community Bakery on S. Main in downtown Little Rock, AR.

the Dill Pickers will play at Little Rock's Afterthought club on wednesday night, Sept. 2nd from 8 til 11 pm. old folk/country songs, fun fiddle tunes, and a good time. no smoking, yes beer, wine, etc.

Jack, Joe, Liam and Bill Thurman (the Dill Pickers) will play at the Folk Center Auditorium in Mountain View, AR on saturday night August 29th as headliner and dance band. buy your tickets at the entrance and get there at 7:30 pm.

Bill Thurman and Jack Sundell will play and sing for Norton Arts (gallery) in downtown Little Rock, AR exactly next door to Community Bakery from 5 til 8 pm on friday, Aug. 14th.

Winery (just east of downtown Altus, AR on hwy 64) on saturday, July 25th during all the wine tastings and activities of Grapefest.
the music begins at 11:30 am and goes til around 4 or 5 in the afternoon. Don't forget to ask for their delicious blueberry wine!

at the Benton, AR downtown festival (near the square) on July 16th. we play fiddle, guitar, banjo and sing. if you like a lot of old songs, fiddle tunes and ice cream, food and fun, then it's the place to be!

Joe, Liam and Matt at the Satelite Cafe in Little Rock on friday night, June 19th from 8 til 11 pm. plenty of hot fiddle and old country songs. high energy!

Bill is playing fiddle in a new band called the Dill Pickers (we tried picking some other spicy names) which plays old time and old country string band songs and tunes like Lovesick Blues (hank Williams), Ragtime Annie, Blackberry Blossom, Old Cotton Fields Back Home and more. the show is from 8 to 11 pm on wed. night, June 3rd. the Afterthought club is at the corner of Beechwood and Kavanaugh in midtown Little Rock in the Heights.

Bill Thurman and Joe Snell will play violin duo for Little Rock's Peabody Hotel today for the big Mother's Day Brunch that they have every year. sunday May 10th is the date and the time is from 11 til 2 pm.

Thurman, Nesbitt, Atwood and Baldridge play swing at the AFTERTHOUGHT from 8 to 11 pm on thurs. night May 7th. location is at the corner of Beechwood and kavanaugh in the Heights area of Little Rock. the venue is non-smoking and pleasant. is that cool? we'll see ya there.
